And the owner is also willing to rent the said tenant. Therefore, we enter into the following agreement to rent and to assign a portion of the rent to each other.

  1. Rent is valid only till .

  7. If either party wishes to vacate or vacate the house between months, they may vacate the building by giving one month's notice to each other.

  9. If the relations between the owner and tenant are good, the owner will have the right to increase the rent by percent for the next months as per the new rules.
