WHEREAS the vendor herein have purchased the site measuring an extent of Acres or Sq.Yds equaling to Sq.mts situated in (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, District, State., having purchased by him with (his/her) self earnings from (Mr./Ms./Sri./Smt.) and Others, with his self acquisitions, under a registered Sale Deed, Dated: , bearing Document No. /, Registered at Sub - Registrar Office, District, And site measuring an extent of measuring Acres or Sq.Yds or Sq.mts, sitated in (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, District, State., having purchased by him with is self earnings from (Mr./Ms./Sri./Smt.) and Others, G.P.A.Holder of (Mr./Ms./Sri./Smt.) with his self acquisitions, under an registered Sale Deed, Dated: , bearing Document No. /,Registered at Sub - Registrar Office, District, total extent of Acres, Subsequently the land was converted into Non Agricultural Land as Square Yards and the respected RDO issued proceeding with a Letter No. Dated: for Sq.Yds or Sq.Mts, and ever since Owner have been in uninterrupted peaceful possession of the same and enjoyment it as absolute owner.

Whereas the vendor herein entered into a Development Agreement Cum General Power of Attorney, Dated: , regd. as Document No. /,Registered at Sub - Registrar Office, District, for the Development of the Said Site measuring Yards, Covered by Survey No. , of (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, District, State, on sharing basis.

Whereas the Developer commenced the construction of a residential apartment in the said site according the above mentioned Development Agreement, consisting of Stilt Floor for Parking + Ground + Upper Floors and obtained Plan approval from the , Development Authority, Vide its B.A. No. , in the name and style of “”, the construction work is (completed/in progress) .

Whereas the Flat No. , measuring Sft., in Floor with an undivided share of land Sq.Yards. or mtrs., was allotted to the vendor under the above mentioned Development Agreement shows as Schedule-B.

The vendee approached the vendor, and offered a sum of Rs. /-(Rupees ) for the Flat No. in Floor as mentioned above. And clearly shows in Schedule of the property. The vendor has satisfied with the offer of the vendee, which is fair, reasonable and reflecting true and correct market value prevailing in the locality and agreed between both parties as mentioned hereunder.

NOW THE AGREEMENT OF SALE WITNESSETH:

  1. The Vendee has paid Rs. /-(Rupees ) paid by way of (cash/Online/Cheque) and the vendor hereby acknowledged for the same as advance.
  2. The Remaining balance shall be paid to the vendor on or before (days/months/years) from the date of Execution of this Sale Agreement, as per the previous discussions.
  3. The vendee shall borne the Stamp Duty, Registration Charges and Other relevant Expenses at the time of Registration of the Site.
  4. The vendor will deliver the Property at the time of registration with out any dues and arrears of Taxes Etc., for the schedule mentioned property, and looking the completion of the construction by the Builder.
