SALE AGREEMENT FOR PLOT


This Sale Agreement made on

(Mr./Ms./Sri./Smt.) (AADHAAR No. ) (PAN No. ) aged years (S/o/D/o/W/o) residing at Door No./Flat No., (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, Dist., State, hereinafter called the “vendor” which term shall wherever it occurs in this deed shall mean and include their heirs, executors, assignees, attorneys, legal representatives, successors-in-interest and administrators on one part:


IN FAVOUR OF

(Mr./Ms./Sri./Smt.) (AADHAAR No. ) (PAN No. ) aged years (S/o/D/o/W/o) residing at Door No./Flat No., (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, Dist., State, hereinafter referred to as the vendee which expression shall wherever it occurs in this deed includes their legal representatives, executors, assignees, and administrators etc.,

Whereas the “vendor” is the absolute owner of the land measuring an extent of sq.yds or acres or hectares covered by Survey No. of (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, District, having purchased through Registered Sale Deeds bearing Registered No. /,regd. at Sub - Registrar Office, ever since the vendor have been in uninterrupted possession of the same and enjoying it as absolute owner. Whereas the vendor herein who intends to dispose of the Plot No. measuring Sq.yards which is more fully described in the schedule hereto annexed. The vendee, approached the vendor and negotiate the sale consideration of the plot and after favorable talks by them, the vendor Paid an advance for the Plot through (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) and by the way of (cash/Online/Cheque) for Rs. /-(Rupees ) . Both of them came to a conclusion that the vendor will inform the Registration date to the vendee, and he follow the conditions.

NOW THE DEED OF SALE AGREEMENT WITNESSETH:

  1. The vendee shall pay the Stamp Duty, Registration Charges and Other relevant Expenses at the time of Registration of the Plot.
  2. The vendor hereby assured the vendee and that there are no attachments, gifts or other subsisting liabilities whatsoever on the schedule mentioned property. And also assured that the plot and Layout is approved by urban development Authorities without any dues like Panchayat/Muncipal Taxes Etc., if the vendor may found any dues the Vendor is liable for clear all the dues before registration of the Plot.
  3. The vendor assures that the above mentioned Plot being reserved for the vendee only.

SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY

All that site measuring an extent of Sq.yards bearing Plot No. in LAYOUT approved by Urban Development Authority, vide L.P.No. /,covered by Survey No. of (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, District, State.
